基于C8051F020的带式输送机智能保护系统的研究

摘要:

针对矿井带式输送机故障保护可靠性差、保护种类不全等问题,设计了一种基于C8051F020和RS485总线的带式输送机综合保护系统,分析了带式输送机的常见故障类型,介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,确定了带式输送机输送带速度、温度、烟雾、跑偏等故障的检测方法。该保护系统采用上下位机的结构对传感器信号量进行采集和处理,实现了对带式输送机故障的智能判断,降低了误动率。

Abstract:

According to the problems of incomplete kind and low reliability of protection of mine belt conveyor, the paper designed an intelligent protection system of belt conveyor based on C8051F020 and RS485 buses, analyzed common faults of belt conveyor, introduced hardware structure and software design of the system. Identified measuring methods of belt faults of speed, temperature, fog and disalignment. The protection system used host computer and slave computer two levels system to collect and process various signal parameter output by system’s sensor, which realized real-time speed detection and intelligent judge of belt conveyor faults, reduced malfunction rate.
